We currently ship across India and selected international locations.

  • Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (India)

  • Shipping Partners: India Post, DTDC, Delhivery, and more

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout (free shipping on select orders)

🎁 Since most items are handmade, processing time may vary slightly during high-order periods or custom orders. You’ll receive tracking details via email/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • You receive an incorrect item

To request a return/replacement:

  2. Attach unboxing video and clear photos of the damage

We do not accept returns for reasons related to:

  • Change of mind

  • Scent/colour preference

All eligible refunds will be processed as store credit or exchanged product (as per your preference).

🧾 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, we begin processing and cannot cancel.
